Milonga Wine & Tapas is the product and full concept developed by Mr. & Mrs. Martinez. Both Luis and Miriam Martinez have always looked and pursued challenges in life. Both of these individuals were both born in Colombia. Prior to creating MIlonga, Mr. & Mrs. Martinez have established a very successful set of businesses. These businesses include a thriving Real Estate Business and Oil Business. They hold a dear interest and passion in their business endeavors, and look to be present to the fullest. They have established Milonga in order to provide the area's population with a fine dining experience. Executive Chef: Angelo Magno

Angelo Magno holds the esteem position of Executive Chef at Milonga Restaurant. He is highly skilled and experienced in the disciplines of Argentine, Italian, Mexican, and American Cuisine. Executive Chef Magno started his culinary journey when he came to the United States, twenty years ago. Chef Magno worked under well known of Westchester, Paolo Penichio - White Plains NY. Chef Magno's style of cooking is distinct and diverse in all senses. He brings a unique fusion of the best of Argentina, Italy, and his native country of Mexico in all of his dishes. He holds a pride in each dish, as it is a representation of his world class skills and experience.
